Administrative Cores
Core Teams
The administrative cores are the crucial staff that provides day-to-day support for faculty and students and ensures that faculty and staff receive the same level of support regardless of their department or research center affiliation. Each Core Team consists of the following Administrative Staff:
The Academic Team manages faculty appointments and promotions, faculty searches, faculty actions, Ph.D. students and departmental activities.
The Operations Team manages space, non-grant purchasing needs, human resources; i.e., onboarding, recruitments, etc., website management, student payroll and calendar management.
The Grants and Research Team manages pre- and post-award sponsored project management, subrecipient monitoring, budget revisions, salary allocations, participant payments and grant transactions.
Each Core Team provides administrative support to their respective Departments and their affiliated Centers.
