Operations
What we do
The Office of Operations is responsible for establishing and overseeing administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient functioning of the School of Public Health. We strive to establish a progressive, highly functioning, and sustainable work environment. Our team supports faculty and staff and is responsible for ensuring coordination between offices that are responsible for planning, organization and management of human, physical and financial resources of the school. We help identify areas of need and help develop policies to ensure that school operations align with University guidelines and legal frameworks.
- Establishing and maintaining standard operational policies & procedures
- Overseeing the School Operational Planning initiative
- Liaison between Dean’s Office and administrative cores at SPH
- Space & facilities management
- Management of building access - Key and card access
- Management of conference and classroom spaces
- Coordinating and overseeing building maintenance requests
- Managing DIA (Sponsored IDs)
