What we do
The Human Resources department works collaboratively across the School of Public Health to support all staff members and is responsible for all human resources operations, including consistent, compliant, and responsive recruitment, selection, onboarding, training and development, support, performance management, evaluation, compensation and equity. The office serves as the central point of contact for operational and business processes related to human resources and as a resource to problem solves and offer guidance to managers at the School of Public Health. We collaborate with staff to implement policies and procedures efficiently and to educate managers about their human resource management obligations and provide policy interpretation and implementation guidance.
